We come to your land

Ridout Construction builds anywhere in Powhatan, Chesterfield, Goochland, Amelia, Dinwiddie and New Kent counties. We are based in Powhatan, and we are certified builders in two of its communities, Maple Grove and The Trails at Huntington Estates.

If your property sits just outside that circle, ask. It does not hurt.

Quiet and rural, for families who want real land.

Open country south of Petersburg, with lots that give a home room to breathe.
