Leslie Ridout keeps the plans, the paperwork and the answers moving; one homebuyer asked her for information after move-in and had it within the hour. Zach Ridout, the next generation, handles land and real estate through Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, so finding the lot and planning the house happen in one conversation.
