Every home we build comes with a one-year builder warranty and a five-year structural warranty through RWC, the Residential Warranty Company. That is the paperwork.
The rest of the promise is that the Ridouts still answer the phone after closing, and our homebuyers will tell you we do.

What it cannot describe is the part the Troxells wrote about: after closing service and helpfulness that has been excellent even beyond the one year normal obligation for contractors.

Workmanship and materials for one year, and the structure for five years through RWC. The brochure has the full list.
Normal wear, changes you make after closing, and items carried by a manufacturer’s own warranty, such as appliances and HVAC equipment. The brochure spells out the exclusions.
